Jade Goody v’s Shilpa Shetty - eviction from the Big Brother house

If I was a betting man I would put £100 on Shilpa Shetty to win this eviction contest by a large margin.

Why? Because she has been mercilessly targetted by Jade Goody since she entered the house. Goody’s ego, fueled by her cohorts, Jo O’Meara and Danielle Lloyd, the latter saying at one point that she wished Shilpa ‘would f*** off home‘; knows no bounds. This hasn’t gone unnoticed by the great British public and of course, the media. No-one likes a bully, never mind a bigot. Goody will be evicted on Friday without a doubt.

What Goody doesn’t know - yet - is the s*** storm she will be walking into; indeed, she will be lucky to have a career left. Jade Goody’s tiny mind probably thought it was writing headlines with her ridiculous accusations of ‘liar!’ and ‘fraud!’ as well as the rest of the mud she threw at Shilpa Shetty.

Her dim-witted ways have in a strange way previously endeared Goody with the public. Unfortunately for Goody although fortunate for the rest of us, I believe that has now come to an abrupt and rightful end!

Celebrity Big Brother Engulfed in Racism Row

Channel 4’s Celebrity Big Brother has been engulfed in a row over alleged racism and bullying.

The target has been the Bollywood actress, Shilpa Shetty. The rows seemed to begin when Jade Goody, who initially rose to fame after appearing to give a fellow Big Brother contestant oral sex in a previous series of (non-celebrity) Big Brother and immediately getting dumped; entered the house, this time as a ‘celebrity’.

Much like the fat, ugly, playground bully, Goody seemed to draw the other female contestants into her circle before singling out Shilpa Shetty as the outsider. The situation was not helped by her mother, Jackiey Budden, who also spent a short time in the house and pointedly refused to call Shilpa Shetty by her first name, referring to her instead as ‘the Indian’.

Ofcom, the broadcasting regulator, has received thousands of complaints following the show that was aired on 16 January 2007, due to the bullying tactics and racial attacks employed by Jade and fellow contestants Jo and Danielle; reportedly the contestants referred to Shilpa as ‘the dog’, and imitated her accent.
