So I’ve had some issues in the past with crappy rip-off Amazon sellers’ delivery charges so I thought I’d mention some good customer service with one of Amazon’s sellers – Absolute Music Solutions.
I bought a Digitech Whammy Pedal from them for a Christmas present for my son and unfortunately, the AC Mains adapter packed in after two weeks of use. I contacted the seller and had a replacement the next day. I didn’t even have to go through the hassle of returning the broken one.
Scarpa
A big mention for Scarpa, the walking boot manufacturer. I was having difficulty locating the correct colour of replacement laces for my Scarpa Manta’s so I contacted Scarpa to ask if they knew where I could get them and they simply sent me the replacement laces free of charge! How’s that for good customer service?!
